1. Our Commitment
Invictus AI Corporation ("Invictus AI," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the Verena platform, including the verena.ai website (the "Platform"). We are committed to making the Platform accessible to individuals with disabilities to the extent commercially practicable, and we work to identify and remove barriers to accessibility on an ongoing basis.
2. Conformance Status
Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). verena.ai and the Platform are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the Platform do not yet fully conform to the standard, though we are actively working toward full conformance.
This statement is a good-faith self-assessment and does not constitute a legal determination of compliance with any accessibility law.
3. Measures to Support Accessibility
We take the following measures to support accessibility on verena.ai and the Platform:
Accessibility considerations are incorporated into the design and development of the Platform.
We perform periodic automated and manual accessibility testing across both the public verena.ai website and the authenticated Platform interface.
We provide accessibility-related training to relevant staff.
We factor accessibility into decisions about third-party tools and integrations used within the Platform.

Some Artifacts and Reports generated within the Platform, such as PDF exports, may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
Some interactive chat and Activity workflows may present accessibility challenges for certain assistive technologies; we are actively working to remediate these.
Some embedded third-party content may not meet the same accessibility standard as content we control directly.
